Eva is a principal of LQ Commercial Orlando.

With over 25 years of experience in the real estate industry, Eva is skilled in retail leasing, sales, development, site selection, property management, marketing, and brokerage. She has leased and managed retail centers, strip centers, enclosed malls, lifestyle centers, office, and industrial properties. She also works with developers strategizing and implementing marketing programs to attract national tenants to their various projects.

Prior to joining LQ Commercial, Eva specialized in Landlord representation at Southern Management and Development where she was responsible for leasing fourteen shopping centers throughout the state of FL. At Quest Company of Central Florida, she represented various landlords with a mix of office, retail, and industrial.

Eva is driven to build meaningful relationships with landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, and developers alike. She is known for her positive attitude while effectively communicating on all levels of each real estate transaction.

Prior to her commercial real estate career, Eva successfully managed multiple multifamily tax credit and distressed projects.
